| Course Aims |
To provide candidates with both practical and theoretical experience of the legal requirements and standards required to ensure safe working with towers and ladders. |
| Course Objectives |
On completion of the course delegates will be able to:
- Demonstrate the ability to physically erect and dismantle mobile towers and ladders safely
- State the general requirements of the Work at Height Regulations 2005 applicable to mobile towers and ladders
- Select appropriate devices to aid ladder safety
- Inspect equipment and recognise common faults
- Identify hazards and assess risk when using towers and ladders
- Conduct an inspection and record findings in line with the legislative requirements
